It reads every incoming email, understands the intent and urgency, categorizes it into the correct workflow, drafts a reply based on the business's tone and past communication, and sends it — all without a human reviewing it first. For sensitive or high-stakes emails, it routes to the appropriate team member with a pre-written draft ready to send in one click. The system handles multiple inboxes simultaneously and learns from every correction made to its drafts.

We audited the client's inbox over a two-week period and categorized 1,400 emails across 14 intent types — inquiries, complaints, vendor requests, invoices, follow-ups, and more.
