Full-Funnel Marketing — Real Estate
End-to-end digital marketing for a Dubai real estate developer — Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp follow-up automation, and CRM integration generating 620 qualified leads in 90 days.
Project Details
A Dubai-based real estate developer launching a new residential tower needed a full lead generation system — not just ads, but a complete follow-up and qualification engine. We ran Meta Ads targeting high-net-worth audiences in UAE, UK, and Pakistan with property showcase videos and instant lead forms. Google Search campaigns captured in-market buyers searching for 'Dubai apartments for sale' and related terms. Every lead was automatically enrolled in a WhatsApp follow-up sequence via a custom automation, with a lead scoring model routing hot leads (responded within 1 hour, viewed the brochure) directly to sales agents. All data flowed into HubSpot CRM with a custom pipeline built for the developer's sales process.

Project Research
We interviewed 6 members of the client's sales team to map the existing lead-to-close journey. The biggest leak: 70% of leads were never followed up because there was no system — leads came in via WhatsApp and email and got lost. The average response time to a new lead was 18 hours. Research into Dubai property buyer behavior showed that leads followed up within 5 minutes are 21× more likely to qualify than those contacted after 30 minutes. Our automation architecture was designed to make that 5-minute window automatic for every lead, regardless of time zone or business hours.
Project Results
In 90 days, 620 qualified leads were generated across Meta and Google at an average CPL of $48. The WhatsApp automation achieved a 74% response rate on the first message. Lead response time dropped from 18 hours to under 3 minutes. The lead scoring model correctly identified 89% of high-intent buyers, allowing the sales team to prioritize their time. 28 units were reserved during the campaign period — 11 direct attributions from Meta leads and 17 from Google. Total campaign spend was $29,760; attributed property reservations represented $22.4 million in property value.
